Cause for Rose
This was the last original song Rose Russo performed
in public:
Momentum
Momentum. Momentum.
Community service to volunteerism,
One reflects the other as the moon does the sun.
Giving time and energy gets the good work done,
And when all have done their part, everybody's won!

We must keep up the momentum.
It takes a lot
of effort to get things underway.
Lifting spirits can be heavy work you can say,
But we'll see this vision fulfilled one day
Of a community united if we work at it and pray.

It's no easy
task to get all to be a one
When we're as different as the moon night from day sun,
But there's nothing like a common vision to unite all in
one,
Community with spirit doing work and having fun.

 Just
before Rose passed away, she was asked if there was anything
more we can DO? After some thought, she replied "GOOD".
Rose now enjoys eternal life, having lived and passed as
she chose (see About Rose & Park . . .). You
may choose to honor her memory by contributing to one of
her dreams, The Russo/Swem Community Service Scholarship
Fund.
Goal: to raise $10,582 to
support students interested in community service. (A total
of $15,000.00 must be raised by the end of June 2003,
or the moneyies will be redirected to a general fund.)
Current total: $4,418 as of January
2002! Thanks to your generosity.
