The
Wisdom of Harmony An inverted mirror image of this symbol was originally designed as a trademark to represent my cause-related art "business," Creativity within Reason. This design possesses three components representing certain trinities within my approach to fine art. One such trinity is the hand, eye, and spirit. The 'hand' represents technical skill, subject to physical limitations, availability of materials, and familiarity with perseverance. The 'eye' represents perceptual or analytical capacity, subject to exposure and perception of experience. The 'spirit' represents imagination, subject to influence and genuine appreciation of originating. (The notions that entertain my imagination are greater than the power instructing my hand or eye.) In addition to this threesome, other trinities are associated with this symbol: awareness, understanding, and knowledge; as well as passion, truth, and reason. This work's wheel of twelve colors represents the renewal of cosmic order and diversity in the manifest world. The point quiescent at its center is the point from which space is produced, from which motion emanates and form arises, both the point of expansion and of contraction in drawing multiplicity back to unity, to harmony, knowledge, and illumination. The inverted equilateral triangle with three curvilinear spokes signifies the completion of the matrix and synthesis. The circle with an inner circle as its central dot represents the resolution of all possibilities in existence. Squaring the circle suggests the mystical union of the four elements: fire, water, air, and earth (see Yesterday's News). Furthermore, the diamond shape signifies transcendent knowledge, directed to the four cardinal points (north, east, west, and south or 'news' for short). Kaleidoscope Life is a puzzle, an enigma, a riddle,
